2026 Spring Summit Program2026 Keynotes

Adrianna Muñoz, MSN RN CNL shall be the morning keynote presenting the interactive session Productive Disagreement: The Anatomy of Conflict.
In male-dominated teams, meetings, boardrooms, labs and project teams, conflict can feel costly, especially when you’re one of the few women at the table responsible for results, relationships, and retention. Adrianna Muñoz, MSN RN CNL, is an ER nurse, leadership coach, and conflict speaker who helps professionals turn tension into a strategic advantage rather than something to avoid. Drawing on high-stakes frontline experience and evidence-based communication frameworks, she equips managers, project managers, and executives alike with practical language to de-escalate issues, invite diverse perspectives, and protect psychological safety. Her sessions blend humor, storytelling, and real-world talk tracks so leaders leave ready to navigate tough conversations, model healthy conflict, and build cultures where top talent can thrive.

Dr. Wendy D. Fisher, shall be the afternoon awards keynote presenting the session No One Summits Alone: The Power of Climbing Together
Success in technical careers is rarely a solo journey. In this interactive keynote, Dr. Wendy Fisher shares stories from her experiences in industry, academia, and leadership to illustrate how mentorship, collaboration, and community accelerate growth in engineering and technology. Through reflection exercises and audience participation, attendees will identify the mentors, peers, and networks that have helped them along their paths, uncover strategies to support others, and explore practical ways to strengthen their own career “climbing team.” By the end, participants will leave inspired, equipped with actionable takeaways, and reminded that the most meaningful successes come when we rise – and lift others – together.
