Land Development Project Manager at Dewberry
Dewberry is currently seeking a Land Development Project Manager for the Louisville, CO office with the opportunity to work occasionally out of the Denver office as necessary. This position requires 10+ years of experience in site planning and land development including the production and management of; design of grading, storm water management, urban drainage planning, soil erosion & sediment control, public and private roadways, utilities and site planning for residential, commercial, retail, institutional and recreational facilities. Dewberry is currently seeking a Land Development Project Engineer for the Louisville, CO office with the opportunity to work occasionally out of the Denver office as necessary. This position requires at least 5 years of relevant experience in civil engineering and land development including project engineering to support the production of: design of grading, storm water management, drainage design and reports, soil erosion & sediment control plans and reports, public and private roadways horizontal and vertical designs, “wet” utility design and coordination with design team professionals successfully delivering; residential, commercial, retail, institutional and recreational facilities.
